Dairy Days

We went to Dairy Days at the Littleton Museum. We saw them milking a cow, and we helped make butter and ice cream (which we then got to eat!). Devyn was very excited about seeing cows.

Giraffe

Tonight, I asked Devyn if she was scared of something when she was fussing and didn't want to go to bed. She said yes, and when I asked what she was scared of, she said the giraffe outside her window.

This isn't the first time she's told me about the giraffe. I tries to reassure her that there are NO giraffes living in our back yard, and that even if there were, giraffes are nice and not scary. She seemed to believe me.
