Telluride

We spent one of our Ouray vacation days in Telluride (about an hour away). We were welcomed into town by a HUGE herd of elk with lots of babies!

Zoo Day

We got a "cold" snap this week and decided to do an impromptu zoo day because the high was only going to be around 70!  Our friends were able to join us after school.

Ouray, Part One

Our vacation in Ouray was a great experience! Our first stop was at the box canyon falls. The water rushes through a narrow box canyon, and you can visit and view via a catwalk!

After Box Canyon Falls, we went to Cascade Falls. Brandon and I hiked the short distance to the pool.

First day of Pre-K (2)

First day of school pics!  (Ignore the gang signs.) ;)

After taking some pics, we went to pick up Aunt Wendy, who had to drop her car off at the repair shop, and then the three of us got breakfast at Great Scot's diner before heading to school. So fun that Aunt Wendy could be there for the first day!  She gave Dev a special heart sticker for her first day (she's holding it in the third pic).
